Delete your account in the app

1. Open SodokuDX and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open the menu and choose Settings.
3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account and associated data are deleted immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email yonk85@gmail.com from the address used for your account with the subject "Delete my SodokuDX account". We verify ownership of the email address and complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity (email address, display name, avatar).
• Saved games, puzzle progress, hints used, and settings synced to your account.
• Leaderboard scores, trophies, battle history, and rating.
• Presence and analytics records linked to your user ID.
• Connected agent (MCP) authorizations and their call logs.

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase and tax records held by our payment providers (Paddle as merchant of record, or Google Play Billing) are retained by those providers as required by law. We keep the minimum transaction reference needed for accounting for up to 7 years.
• Security and abuse logs may be retained in de-identified form for up to 90 days.
• Backups are rotated and purged within 30 days.

Deleting your account ends access to SodokuDX Pro on that account. Pro is a one-time purchase tied to the account; it cannot be restored after deletion.

Delete local data only

To clear on-device data without deleting your account, uninstall the app (Android) or clear site data for sodokudx.com in your browser.
