These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SodokuDX (the "Service"), operated by Adam Yonkolowitz ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SodokuDX is a web-based Sudoku game offering free play and an optional one-time "SodokuDX Pro — Lifetime" upgrade that unlocks additional features such as exclusive themes, higher hint caps, the Evil puzzle pack, and unlimited daily play.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

3. Purchases and Merchant of Record

Our order process for paid products is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you purchase SodokuDX Pro, your contract for that purchase is with Paddle as merchant of record.

  • SodokuDX Pro — Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
  • There are no recurring charges or renewals.
  • Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes collected by Paddle.

4. License

Upon purchase we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pro features tied to your account. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to circumvent entitlement checks, tamper with leaderboards, or disrupt the Service for others. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
